Ep. 10 – How To Choose Your Learning Management System – Part 1
Hello, and welcome to Episode 10 of the Say It Once. Sell It Often podcast.
In this episode, Part 1, we are going to look at things to consider when choosing a learning management system or LMS for short.
There are a lot of learning management systems on the market, over 500 based on research that I’ve read. So, why are there so many? Well, I guess. E-learning is hugely popular. Online course creation is a great business to be in, and the popularity of it. From a public perspective it is growing exponentially.
I have used a number of learning management systems over the years.
At the end of November, I moved to Zenler after using Teachable for about six years. I’ve also used Thinkific and Kajabi.
They all do similar things.
Some then have different features and functionality, which you may want to do a little more research just to see if these additional features are necessary for you.
I’m just going to go through a number of the basics that they all have, that you should look for. And if you’re looking at one that doesn’t have the following then I would suggest you look elsewhere.
It’s a pretty big topic so I’m going to break it into a number of podcast episodes and this is part one.
